Growers can use their TerrAvion NDVI imagery to help identify disease outbreaks in their fields. In this example, the grower noticed suspicious areas of low vigor in the imagery which, upon an in-field inspection, turned out to be a Sudden Death Syndrome. Grower used the measurement tool to help quantify the scope of the problem.
Use TerrAvion aerial imagery to identify and quantify disease problems. Having quantified the scope of Sudden Death Syndrome in this field, the grower is able to consult with his agronomist to make an informed decision for the following season, which may involve planting SDS-resistant hybrids or making chemical treatments.
