Growers can use TerrAvion imagery to help determine relative moisture levels in their fields to inform harvest timing decisions. In this example, the growing is trying to decide which fields to harvest first. Lower NDVI correlates to lower moisture levels, so the grower is able to determine the relative dryness of each of his fields by comparing the mean NDVI values for each field. The grower can use the relative dryness of his fields to decide how to prioritize his fields for harvesting.
