After the TerrAvion operations team flies your farm and the processing team processes the imagery, we immediately deliver it to your account (average delivery time is 11.2 hours). As soon as we delivery any imagery, the user(s) will receive a You've Got New Imagery email.

In the You've Got New Imagery email, you can click on the Go To My Imagery button to log in to your OverView account, or the Check My Flight Status button to check the status of you flight and imagery.

If you click on the Check My Flight Status button, you will be redirected to Delivery Information dashboard.

On the Delivery Information dashboard you can see the status of your imagery by farm. If the imagery for your farm has been captured you will see the message Your field has been flown and is being processed. If you see this message, you can expect your image delivery by no later than the following morning. If you see the Pilot is attempting to fly today message, the TerrAvion pilot in your area has been issued a flight plan and has clear weather to fly. If you see the Routes have been issued to the pilots message, pilots in your region have been given a flight plan and are now just waiting on the weather/cloud coverage to clear.

On the right side of the dashboard you will see the beginning and end date for your flight cycle. Please remember that our pilots have the entire window of the flight cycle to capture your imagery. If you are waiting on your imagery but are still in the middle of a flight cycle, please wait until the flight cycle is over to inquire about missing imagery. If you see the Order is not scheduled to be flown this week message, your order is not scheduled to be flown that week according to your subscription plan. TerrAvion aims to deliver imagery to our costumers on a consistent schedule, but if weather prevents that, we will work around the weather to ensure that you receive imagery before your flight cycle has ended.

You can also reach the Delivery Information dashboard in your TerrAvion OverView account. In your OverView account, simply click on the Dashboards drop down menu at the top of the page and select Flight Status. You will then be redirected to the Delivery Information dashboard.
